With three beautiful, air-conditioned cabins, each with its own ensuite bathroom, the Leopard 43 offers comfort and elegance for up to 6 guests on overnight or extended cruises. A dedicated crew of three ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience.

As a smaller, fuel-efficient power catamaran, this vessel can reach destinations on day charters that may be out of reach for larger boats, such as the popular Phi Phi Islands. The crew can set up fun extras like the big slide from the top deck, a floating jacuzzi, kayaks, fishing gear, snorkeling equipment, and a Snuba set. With quality sound systems, device connectivity, and onboard Wi-Fi, the Leopard 43 Power Catamaran promises a fun-filled, comfortable journey.

Yes, the number of passengers is limited by the yacht’s size and safety regulations. Age restrictions may also apply, particularly for young children or elderly passengers, depending on the trip. It’s recommended to consult the management company before departure.

What documents should I provide?

To rent a yacht, the following documents are usually required:

Identification: A valid passport or government-issued ID.
Driver’s License: If operating the yacht yourself (bareboat charter), you may need a boating license or certification.

What if there are bad weather conditions?

If weather conditions prevent you from going to sea, it is advisable to postpone the booking and arrange a new date with the management company.

Guest Insurance

Boat insurance covers injuries up to 500,000 THB. Guests are encouraged to seek medical attention immediately for any injuries. Loss or damage caused by negligence will be charged to the guest. Alcohol and drug consumption is discouraged, and incidents occurring under the influence may not be covered by insurance. Water activities conducted outside the boat are at guests’ own risk and are not covered by the insurance.

Reservation Deposit: A deposit is usually required to secure your booking, which may be non-refundable depending on the company’s policy.
Final Payment: The full payment is often required before the start of the trip, typically on the departure day.
Cancellation Policy: There are usually specific terms for cancellations, which may include forfeiture of the deposit or payment if the cancellation is made within a certain period before the booking date.

No Refunds: Cancellations made within a very short period, often within 1-3 days of the booking date, may result in no refund, with the entire payment being forfeited.
Weather Conditions: Some companies offer a full refund or rescheduling option if the trip is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.
